We are available to troubleshoot and repair your PC and Server hardware.  Responding to your onsite support needs very quickly- many times in less than 4 hours.  Are you a residential user?  You can bring your PC or laptop to our retail store in Niles for a quick and professional repair.  (At this time we only provide onsite support services for our business clients)

Some times it may be economical to upgrade your hardware.  We are able to upgrade your hardware or provide completely new systems.  We will consult with you to give you all the facts needed to allow you to make an informed decision about upgrading or purchasing new equipment. 

We are laptop repair experts!

Got a broken screen or a bad power jack?  No problem!  No need to ship your laptop off to a depot repair center and wait weeks upon weeks.  We repair those problems and more right here in our shop.  Our laptop technician is an Electrical Engineer with more than 15 years of professional board level repair experience.
